The great cedar

Entering southern Ardeche, in the village of Vesseaux, in a green setting, under a beautiful cedar, come and discover Céline and Benoit's cottage.

A pretty house full of charm located in a calm and wooded environment, ten minutes walk from the village center, six kilometers from Aubenas and thirty kilometers from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Ardeche Gorges).

The village of Vesseaux is located at the exit of the Col de l'Escrinet going down from Privas.

It's a must-see on the way to Aubenas and the highly popular Ardeche Gorges (Chauvet and Pont d'Arc caves, canoeing and hiking).

You can also visit the Ardeche mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc where the Loire rises ; the Auberge Rouge ; the Ray Pic waterfalls ; the village of Antraigues sur Volane ...).

Vesseaux is a typical village with local shops (bakeries, grocery store, butcher, café/restaurant, pizzeria), a medical center (doctors, nurses, physiotherapist, osteopath).

There are numerous walking trails (40 km in total), including a 4.3 km landscaped trail accessible to all ages, as well as mountain bike trails (110 km of green to black routes).
It also has a sports complex named after a local child and handball champion (Amandine Leynaud), where various sports can be practised (jogging, fitness apparatus, playground, skate bowl, beach park).
